1. Introduction

Welcome to Welshy Studios. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our store and the purchase of our digital products. By accessing or purchasing from Welshy Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. What We Provide

Welshy Studios develops and sells digital products and services including:

  • FiveM scripts

  • FiveM MLO / map assets

  • Vehicles

  • Custom commissions

  • Discord bots

  • Web development projects

All products are digital goods delivered electronically.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All assets produced by Welshy Studios are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree that you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, leak, or share any product

  • Publish, upload, or otherwise disclose our work publicly

  • Claim our work as your own

  • Reverse engineer licensing or protection systems

  • Use our assets commercially outside your own server without permission

You may modify products for personal use only, and modified versions may not be redistributed.

4. Use of Products & Licensing

By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in accordance with these Terms.

Your licence will be automatically terminated if:

  • You leak, redistribute, or share the product

  • You attempt to bypass protections

  • You breach any significant part of these Terms

If Welshy Studios reasonably believes you have leaked or intend to leak a product, we may terminate your licence and blacklist you without refund.

5. Custom Commissions

By commissioning Welshy Studios, you acknowledge:

  • Unless exclusivity is purchased, Welshy Studios may later resell or publicly release the product

  • Exclusivity is available for an additional fee

  • Development timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Welshy Studios retains all rights to the product unless an exclusivity agreement is explicitly agreed

6. Installation & Support

Welshy Studios provides support only if the customer has not modified the files.

We do not provide:

  • Installation services

  • Help resolving issues caused by third-party scripts or server setups

  • Support for modified versions of our products

You are responsible for knowing how to install and configure FiveM resources or web files before purchasing.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Digital product purchases

  • Custom commissions

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Installation issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate blacklist and licence termination.

8. Payment Methods

Welshy Studios accepts the following:

  • Tebex payments

  • PayPal

By completing a purchase, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

9. Conduct

Abusive, disrespectful, or hostile behaviour toward Welshy Studios or its staff may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your order

  • Removal from active projects

  • Blacklisting

  • Loss of licence access

Refunds will not be provided in these cases.

10. Termination of Access

Welshy Studios reserves the right to terminate your access or licence if:

  • You violate any part of these Terms

  • You leak or redistribute products

  • You file fraudulent disputes or chargebacks

  • You behave abusively toward support staff

Terminated users may not repurchase products from us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or change these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of purchase remain the Terms you agreed to.
