Refund Policy

Because all products sold by Welshy Studios are digital and non-tangible, all sales are final. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:


1. No Refunds

Welshy Studios does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect or accidental purchases

  • Inability to install or configure the product

  • Conflicts with other scripts or server environments

  • Discontinued server projects

  • Changes in your personal or financial situation

  • Custom commissions that have begun development

All customers are expected to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any PayPal, bank, or platform chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate loss of licence

  • Permanent blacklisting from Welshy Studios

  • Removal from active or future projects

  • Revocation of Discord access and support

Filing a false or fraudulent dispute is a violation of these terms.

3. Product Delivery

All items are delivered digitally. Once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or otherwise delivered, no refund is possible.

If you did not receive your download, you must contact us through:

We will re-send the product if necessary, but not refund it.

4. Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are non-refundable, including:

  • Work that has started

  • Work delayed for unforeseen reasons

  • Non-exclusive commissions

  • Unique assets created for your request

If exclusivity was purchased and the project has begun, it still remains non-refundable.

5. Responsibility of the Buyer

By purchasing from Welshy Studios, you confirm that:

  • You fully understand the product you are buying

  • You have the required knowledge to install and operate FiveM scripts or digital assets

  • Your hardware, server setup, or environment is capable of running the product

  • You accept that no refunds will be issued for technical issues unrelated to the product itself

6. Final Agreement

By completing any purchase through Tebex, PayPal, or any other method, you are agreeing to this Refund Policy in full.

Welshy Studios reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
