End User Licence Agreement

Business Name: Welshy Studios

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”, “EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“the User”, “you”) and Welshy Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing the use of all digital products, scripts, MLOs, vehicles, commissions, and other assets purchased through our store.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any product from Welshy Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, Welshy Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product solely for:

  • Your own personal use

  • Your own FiveM/GTA V server

  • Your own private development environment

This licence does not transfer ownership.
You are purchasing the right to use, not the asset itself.

2. Ownership

All products remain the sole property of Welshy Studios.
You do not gain:

  • Copyright ownership

  • Rights to resell or redistribute

  • Rights to claim authorship

  • Rights to commercialise outside your server

All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Welshy Studios.

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree that you must not:

  • Resell, redistribute, leak, or share the product

  • Upload the product to any public or private leaks site

  • Transfer the product to other users or servers

  • Claim the product as your own work

  • Use the product commercially outside your server environment

  • Remove or alter author credits

  • Circumvent, remove, or modify any licence protection

Any violation results in immediate licence termination.

4. Allowed Modifications

You may modify the product only for personal use.

You may not:

  • Distribute modified versions

  • Sell modified versions

  • Upload modified versions to any platform

  • Claim modified versions as original work

Modified files are still covered under this EULA.

5. Custom Commissions

If you commission Welshy Studios, you acknowledge:

  • Unless exclusivity is purchased, we may resell or publicly release the commission

  • Exclusivity must be requested and paid for separately

  • Without exclusivity, you do not gain ownership

  • Commission timelines are estimates and may change

  • All rights remain with Welshy Studios unless exclusivity is explicitly agreed

6. Licence Termination

Your licence will be automatically terminated if:

  • You leak the product

  • You redistribute or resell it

  • You file an illegitimate chargeback

  • You violate any section of this EULA or our Terms of Service

  • You behave abusively towards staff or support channels

Termination includes:

  • Loss of access to updates

  • Loss of Discord support

  • Blacklisting from future purchases

  • Revocation of usage rights

No refunds will be provided.

7. No Warranty

All products are provided “as is”, without any warranty or guarantee of:

  • Performance

  • Compatibility

  • Error-free operation

  • Meeting your expectations

You acknowledge that:

  • Digital products may require updates or dependencies

  • Compatibility with other scripts or servers is not guaranteed

  • Welshy Studios is not responsible for installation issues or conflicts

8. Limitation of Liability

Welshy Studios is not liable for:

  • Damage to your server, game, or files

  • Lost revenue, downtime, or operational loss

  • Issues caused by improper installation

  • Third-party conflicts or dependencies

Your use of the product is entirely at your own risk.

9. Refunds

Welshy Studios enforces a strict no-refund policy for all products, including custom work.
By purchasing, you agree that all sales are final.

Chargebacks will result in immediate licence termination and blacklisting.

10. Updates & Changes

Welshy Studios may update, modify, or discontinue products at any time.
You may receive updates depending on product type and licence status.

We reserve the right to update this EULA.
Continued use of any product indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
